Starbudz Collective is fighting for our rights and every cannabis patient’s rights!

All cannabis patients need to be aware that Starbudz Collective and all Los Angeles collectives have became a “top priority closure” by the City of L.A. We have been forcefully evicted from our property with no criminal charges or citations or tickets against us. We are still in litigation against the city for the current ordinance and are awaiting new hearing dates. We have been denied a trial in the eviction case & are awaiting word from the appellate court. As citizens of Los Angeles, all cannabis patients should be outraged with the total targeting of a legal collective! The main issue is the fact that the city is “targeting” a small, independent, legally compliant business for an “example to others”. Manipulating the many government branches for a slanted attack, side-stepping laws and proper procedure, denying constitutional rights (proper trial, etc…) to close legal collectives and force Cannabis back to the streets.

We are standing more for personal rights and liberties and against government interference and control.
